"Spin Tricks & Transitions" w/ Emily Aygun
Does the thought of a spinning pole send you flying (maybe literally)? In this series we will tame the beast of spin pole and learn to control the spin all while learning beautiful flow, spin transitions and beginner tricks. This is an all levels class and each move taught will have ways to increase or decrease level of difficulty.
"Dance Team Vibes" w/ Heather Greene
Craving some 8-counts, formation changes, and NBA Dancer-esque choreography? Come join Heather Greene for Dance Team Vibes, a 4-week beginner/intermediate series full of hair flips, booty shakes, and a center court worthy dance routine (minus the pom poms).
No prior dance team experience necessary, although familiarity with Sekse dance fitness classes is recommended. Want to up the experience even more? Come to class performance ready (i.e. big hair and bold lips). We’re about to get fierce, ya’ll.
Can’t make it to all 4 classes? No worries dancer, each class will be independent of itself and available for drop-in.
