Ever dreamed of taking the next step on your pole journey? Want to see just how far you can go? Now is your time!

 

Train with Head Coach Andrew Krueger, a National Silver Medalist and World Competitor, and get ready to take your pole dancing to the next level. This three-month program will build your strength, technique, and endurance, and get you performance ready for a live competition in Seattle on November 12th-13th.

 

Our Seksé Fit Competition Team is all levels and open to anyone who has taken at least 6 months of pole classes. If you’re looking to improve your skills, develop your flow, work hard, have fun, and set goals for yourself, then welcome! This is definitely the right place for you.

The program will include a weekly coaching session for competitors to train as a team and support each other throughout the competition season. Each week will bring focus to a new aspect of competition, including musicality, conditioning, flexibility, and overall performance work.  Additional open pole sessions will also be available for independent training and rehearsal. If you have any questions, you can reach out directly to Andrew Krueger and he will be happy to help you out.

About Andrew

Andrew Krueger began his pole journey in Missouri in 2015. A former competitive gymnast and power tumbler, he started focusing on stunts and tricks before expanding his repertoire to exotic and contemporary dance styles. He received 5th Place at the Pole Sport Organization's Pacific Pole Competition in 2019, and later that year earned a Silver Medal in Doubles at Nationals. A varied and eclectic dancer, Andrew has performed and competed with studios all over the country. Now at his new home with Seksé Fit, he plans to bring his experience and enthusiasm to the new competition team!
