POLE TRICKS CURRICULUM
SEKSÉ POLE TEASER (Level 0)
Curious about pole but not ready to commit? This beginner-friendly class gives you a fun and flirty taste of what pole is all about. No strength or flexibility needed. just bring your curiosity and a willingness to try something new!
Prerequisites: None.
Perfect for: Total beginners, first-timers and anyone looking to dip their toes in.
What to wear: Workout top, pole shorts (think spandex that allows upper thigh exposure), and barefoot or grip socks.
INTRO TO POLE TRICKS (Level 0/1)
Start your pole journey here! In Intro to Pole Tricks, you’ll learn foundational pole tricks including spins, sits, and strength-building drills. We’ll focus on technique, grip, body awareness, and building confidence around the pole, all from the ground up.
Prerequisites: Recommended completion of Pole Teaser Class
Perfect for: New students, or anyone wanting to solidify the basics before moving up.
What to wear: Workout top, pole shorts (think spandex that allows upper thigh exposure), and barefoot or grip socks.
BEYOND INTRO TO POLE TRICKS (Level 1/2)
Ready to climb and invert? This is where things really take off, literally. In this class, you’ll learn how to climb the pole, invert safely from the floor, and explore beginner tricks like jasmine, fan kicks, and choppers with control.
Prerequisites: Completion of Pole Teaser, Pole Intro to Tricks, or instructor approval
Perfect for: Students comfortable with static spins and pole sits who are ready to leave the ground.
What to wear: Workout top, pole shorts (think spandex that allows upper thigh exposure), and barefoot or grip socks.
INTERMEDIATE POLE TRICKS (Level 2/3)
Take your skills into the air! This class focuses on aerial inverts, leg hangs, transitions, and longer combinations. You’ll gain confidence moving between upright and inverted positions, work on holding shapes, and start exploring spin pole.
Prerequisites: Ability to climb to the top of the pole and invert from the floor.
Perfect for: Students with a solid foundation who are ready to fly.
What to wear: Workout top or bra, pole shorts, and barefoot or grip socks. Heels can be brought and worn with instructor approval. If you have a favorite pole outfit, this is the class to let it shine!
ADVANCED POLE TRICKS (Level 3/4)
Power, grace, and flow… all in one. This high-level class introduces handsprings, brass monkey, jade, and advanced transitions. Expect challenging combos, complex grips, and spin pole sequencing. You’ll explore dynamic movement with freedom and creativity.
Prerequisites: Solid aerial inverts, leg hangs, and instructor approval.
Perfect for: Experienced pole dancers working toward elite-level strength, control, and expression.
What to wear: Workout top or bra, pole shorts, and barefoot or grip socks. Heels can be brought and worn with instructor approval. If you have a favorite pole outfit, this is the class to let it shine!

Bring intention and power to your floorwork. In this class, you’ll deepen your flow vocabulary with fluid transitions, crawls, rolls, and stylized sequences. Expect grounded choreography that travels across the floor and pole — all without leaving the ground.
Prerequisites: Completion of Pole Teaser class, Intro to Pole Flow, or comfort moving between levels on the floor.
Perfect for: Dancers building a strong foundation in musicality and grounded expression.
What to wear: Workout top, pole shorts, and barefoot or grip socks. Kneepads are recommended and can be rented/purchased at the front desk. Pole heels can be worn in this class but are not required.
SEKSÉ POLE FLOW INTERMEDIATE (Level 2/3)
More emotion. More movement. More YOU. This class explores more dynamic floorwork like shoulder rolls, fish flops, and traveling flow. It’s all about connection, to music, movement, and self-expression.
Prerequisites: Comfort with floor transitions, rolls, and basic 8 count choreo.
Perfect for: Flow-focused students who want to develop emotional depth and artistic style.
What to wear: Workout top, pole shorts, and pole heels/kneepads are recommended. Heels and kneepads can be rented at the front desk. If you have a favorite pole outfit, this is the class to let it shine!
SEKSÉ POLE FLOW ADVANCED (Level 3/4)
Let your movement tell a story. In this performance-level class, you’ll dive into complex floor patterns, and build character-driven flow. Expect to be challenged both technically and emotionally; and leave feeling powerful.
Prerequisites: Instructor approval or strong experience with intermediate flow.
Perfect for: Advanced students ready to push performance quality, musicality, and style exploration.
What to wear: Workout top, pole shorts, and pole heels/kneepads are recommended. Heels and kneepads can be rented at the front desk. If you have a favorite pole outfit, this is the class to let it shine!
